Water is a substance that is found everywhere on Earth! It can be a solid, liquid, or gas. It is necessary for life on Earth. It’s chemical compound is H2O. That means two Hydrogen (H2) atoms and one Oxygen (O₂) atom. This bond is called a Water Molecule. Because of water pollution, the freshwater in the world is decreasing. The molecules were formed at the beginning of the universe!! Water is very important for life because living things are at least 80% water! Water is found in cells, tissue, and even in your brain! Water is a key part of life as we know it.
