Alveoli!

Alveoli, pronounced as alei-ve-oli, are tiny sacs inside of your lungs. They kind of look like grapes inside of your lungs! These alveoli help transfer Oxygen molecules from the lungs to the bloodstream. The bloodstream helps transport the Oxygen throughout the body. The alveoli have thing walls in which the Oxygen molecules can pass through. This helps regulate the amount of blood oxygen in your body!
