SPG Nerves

SPG nerves or the sphenopalatine ganglion are a bundle of nerves locatd on the roof of your mouth. These nerves are very sensitive to cold things. This is what causes a brain freeze. The SPG nerves are also involved in migraine and cluster headaches. Studying these nerves will help scientists create medicines for cluster headaches and migranes.
