That is why Akshay talks to Dr. Erin Gibson, a circadian biologist and assistant professor at in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Stanford Center for Sleep and Circadian Sciences at Stanford University. Dr. Gibson is a circadian expert and will also give you some tips on how to maintain your circadian rhythm and schedules.
